This is the best Bikram yoga in the Bay Area! Lots of personal attention and a great facility. Owned and operated by die-hard yoga lovers with lots of training and experience. Friendly people, a great community space. I highly recommend taking classes from Nicole, one of the owner. She is my personal favorite.

You've probably been to Bikram studios where the instructors act like aerobics teachers or Marine Drill Instructors, This is a very nice small place where there is lots of individual attention, small classes, and the people are nice. I've met Nicole, the owner, and it seems like she is very picky about the instructors she hires. Personally I found Bikram yoga a bit intimidating at first, and it seemed too hyped, but my friends were getting good results, after trying another Bikram studio I'm happy that I found this one.
Pros: parking, class size, individual attention
Cons: schedule is not as big as some of the other schools
