Great Hotel BUT.... It's a great hotel but if any of you are looking to save some $$ then book it at referer.us/8/GoodHotelDeals They usually have some pretty good deals on there!

Not for the repeat visitor. The people who run this hotel obviously aren't trying to get your repeat business. Just in and out the door.

You can get wifi in the lobby but have to pay for it in your room. And they say they're geared toward the business person. Why would I want to do my work in the lobby? Even Motel 6 offers in-room wifi!

Left a note for housekeeping to please leave one extra towel and one extra tiny bottle of shampoo and got neither. They just left the partial bottle of shampoo from that morning in the shower. If you've just returned to your room after 15 hours of meetings you don't really feel like chasing down those things. I called the front desk to see if I could get the items I needed and was told sure, but I'd have to come downstairs to the desk to get them. Very annoying.

Only stay here if your company is paying for the room for you.

Don't expect a lot!!!. For a Doubletree, this must be their most deprived property. It's like the Hilton Family of Hotels adopted a problem child - from very bad service to wall paper comming off of the walls - this hotel is NOT an updated hotel.

The property website is totally misleading. The hotel does NOT offer fishing or sailing ammentities or service.

I had requested a refrigerator and a microwave. They gave me a moldy refrigerator and an imaginary microwave.

To finish off on a good note, the views of the bay are excellent. From the waterfront balcony, I could clearly see San Francisco skyline, Alcatraz and the GG Bridge but, For the price of a hotel room, I can take a picture of the view and enlarge it as well as frame the picture and have the best part of this hotel captured forever.
