Welcome to the neighborhood, Red Boy!. This is a new restaurant that opened on Leimert off Park Blvd. in Oakland, right near Rocky's Market. From the outside, you might suspect that it's a regular pizza franchise, but it will surprise you. Their menu is huge with a variety of pizza (mediterranean styles, BBQ Chicken, and a "create your own" option), They even have soups, salads and pasta - ravioli, gnocchi, etc. We ordered the pizza with bacon and tomato and were very pleased. The ingredients were fresh and the pizza had a really unique zest to it. They have a great wine list and a bar with a large big screen for those who'd rather drink a beer and relax. This is a great spot for kids and adults, alike. I will definitely be revisiting Red Boy!
