Blue Bar in Livermore Ca. I love this place! Great staff!. The owners Chris & Alex are so down to earth, that I can come alone at this bar as a women and feel safe and watched over by all of there staff... the Bartenders like Derik and Christy I believe is her name are wonderful and the drinks are not weak at all there other Bouncers at the door are very wonderful and always remember you and make you feel good about coming in you get a variety of different customers who come in they can be off the hook but its always a fun time because they make you feel like your family and that got your back when they see someones bothering you and they toss'em out so out of all Livermore Bars to me this is the best if you want to have a good time make new friends and not have a care in the world and know if your to drunk the owners will make sure you have some water and offer always to get a cab and one of my Favorite workers there has become one of my best friends his name is Derick and he is one of the fastest and makes some of the best drinks I ever had as a bar tender he don't talk much while working but he get's the job done quickly to make sure were all happy! So thank you Blue Bar for having the best staff around I love you all!

Love the music and the location. I like the Blue Bar a lot. Its in a great location! Everyone who works there is really friendly and makes you feel at home. The music on friday nights is always good. Me and my girlfriends always have a good time and we always feel safe which is always nice.... And for the first comment left as a city employee, i think that you should have something better to do than leave negative comments about a place in the city you work in haven't you ever heard the saying " If you have nothing nice to say, don't say anything at all" ?

I love this bar. I love going to the Blue Bar!! I always have a great time there. Everyone is always so friendly...Even the "BEAR" that sits out front. I have never had a bad time here. The DJ on friday nights is awesome! and the bartenders and friendly and fast. I love the BlueBar!

stay away unfriendly. This bar is in a good location and could be a great place. BUT they have one big problem and he sits at the front door and looks like a BEAR. My wife and I whent there on 11-8-07 we parked in the back. We had one beer each at the bar then took a nice walk around the new downtown. When I returned about 10:00 pmto get my car we where greeted in the parking lot by the BEAR. he informed me that I could'nt there and that he would have it fuc###% car towed. To top it all off he called my wife a Fuc###% Bitc#. My wife and I got in the car and left. I am a city employee for the City of Livermore. and dont recomend this place to anyone as long as the BIG BEAR is Around.
