Worst company to deal with. We used this company to ship our products to our customers. They kept out products when one of our customers refused the shipment due to delayed delivery by this company. After a month and half, when we called the customer for payment we were told that he had refused the shipment. We contacted Numark transportation and after few days were told that the pallet was sitting in their warehouse. They apologized and returned out product back to us. Now the order had certain items that were perishable if not stored properly, even though it had expiry dates, like the dairy product. On receiving the goods we noticed the bad product and asked the company for the claim. Now the CFO of the company started to act smart and denied our claim.

Diwali is the main Indian festival and Candles used for this occasion if not used this year will be used next year same like Christmas trees. Order for this customer also container diwali goods. Since the pallet was returned to us after diwali by numark, we also requested claim for the same since it was a loss of business, had the pallet been returned the next day when it was refused we could have sold these items to other customers.

Bill Alexander refused the claim. What a shame to do business with this company.
