I can't believe what just happened to me this afternoon. I used them in May and they charged my credit card a few days after. Then on my July statement they charged my card again. I called the company last Thursday to tell them what happened and they told me they would tell the owner and he would call me back. I never heard from the owner on Thursday, so I called back on Friday. They said they would have the owner call me Friday afternoon, again they never called me back. As a result, I called them again today and talked to an employee who gave me the number to owner. I tried that number and it was routed back to the driver. I told the driver what happened and he said that this issue doesn't concern him, but I was trying to tell him how urgent it was that I speak to the owner. He said he can't get in touch with the owner and that I would have to call back. I told him that I have called multiple times with no call backs and expressed how important it was that the owner calls me back. Instead of helping me...he hung up on me. I will never use them again.

United Cab taxi driver no. 125, do NOT get in! It might be your last cab ride.. I want to report an awful incident with a United Cab taxi driver no. 125 on 6/18/07, Monday, around 6:30 p.m. at the Costco gas station at Airport Blvd. in SSF. I was in line to get gas and out from nowhere, a United Cab driver no. 125 got out of his cab and started ranting and raving at me and calling me all kinds of horrible names to me. He was verbally abusive. It looked like for a second he might come towards me to physically attack me and fortunately for me, the Costco gas attendant came to my rescue and told the United Cab driver no. 125 to stop yelling obscenities to me. If it wasn't for the gas attendant, the United Cab taxi driver no. 125 would have continued verbally abusing me. It was my worst nightmare come true for me and would not wish it to happen on anyone else. United Cab taxi driver no. 125 needs to be suspended with no pay for several weeks and obviously, he needs to take several anger management classes since it looks like he has a lot anger issues. On top of that when he left Costco, he was speeding to beat a red light. From the look of it, he is, also, an unsafe driver and needs to be taken off the streets for his passengers sake and others. In my opinion, he is a ticking time bomb ready to explode. If you see a United Cab taxi driver no. 125, do NOT get in! It might be your last cab ride.
never again. something's not right with these guys. put it this way i have an 18 yo daughter, told her to call anyone else. from now on. the guy cant speak english or maybe he's under the influence and he tells me 10 minutes. i kept calling to see what happened and he just tells me to be patient. driver finally gets to my house and my daughter gets in. calls me and tells me the driver is an older creepy guy who tells her how attractive she is and that he could make her feel good. she got so uncomfortable she got out two miles down the street at 3am..
