The best haircut and color I've ever had !. I got a great hair cut and color from Rachel. Not only is she great at short haircuts but she has great ideas for changing a cut and helping you grow into something else. She is awesome at hair color. I just turned 50 and came out of the salon looking and feeling hot!

Fabulous Salon. My entire family gets their hair cut at Salon L (by Ashley Freas). Everyone at the salon is professional and friendly. Salon L is always clean (I've been to others that aren't)--cleanliness is a big plus for me. Ashley does a great job with whatever we ask for, and has done highlights for me that result in compliments from strangers. She has also done special event hairstyles for the daughters of my friends and they call her each time they've got a dance/prom. Also, we all love the cookies!

Best Salon in Walnut Creek. This salon is amazing! I am extremely picky with who cuts and colors my hair, and every time I leave this salon I am happier and happier each time. My stylist knows her color so well that I can just go in there with a few ideas and she'll know just what to do! The staff that works in this salon treat you extremely nice. For instance, right when you enter, they are quick to accommodate you asking to get you anything to drink or a snack. I cannot write enough good things about this salon! Salon L is amazing and I recommend it to everyone that is looking into trying a new salon. Go try it our for yourself. You'll be COMPLETELY satisfied!

Great Stylist/Colorist in Walnut Creek. This salon has wonderfully professional atmosphere while being very pampering and aesthetically pleasing. They offer not only water and coffee/tea but also biscottis, cookies, and other nibblies. And to top it off they also have wine to sip if you please!



The decor is sophisticated but in a nicely understated way and and the robes are high quality and actually comfortable to wear.

I also recommend Paige Jackson as a stylist/colorist at this salon. She is an extremely talented artist both for color and cut. Not only is she very professional but is also highly perceptive so she knows what will look good for your taste and style. I often get compliments on my hair and I admit, it's because she's wonderful at what she does!

Tips: Paige has a first time client 10% discount but you should call and ask.
