Great Service and Very Knowledgable.
I own a 65" Mitsubishi Television and the timer would come on automatically and then shut itself off.
I bought the TV from Good Guys and luckily I purchased the extended warranty, so I recieved a phone call from Precision a day after to schedule a date for the field technician to come over. He called a day before and assured me that he would be able to fix the problem on site. When he showed up he was friendly and was patient with my 2 year old child and 3 cats. It only took him about 15minutes to fix the television and he told me that he's come across the same problem with the same TV models. He was very professional and curteous to my situation. I recommend this company and will call them back next year for my yearly cleaning.
Horrible Experience. It took them a whole month to get an approval from my warranty company. I placed the service call on October 18th when my TV did not have a clear picture and there were line running through the picture, as of two weeks ago they have not come out to fix the TV and now i get no picture at all. As of today, 11.24.08, they still have not come out. So i do not recommend this company at all!!!!!!!!!!
Worst Customer Service. Very Expensive! Worst customer service ever. They promise one thing then they back off and make another story. They are rip offs please do not ever call this Number for repairs of your televisions. 800-603-2433.
Worse Service Ever. We were trying to get our TV fixed a few weeks ago. We paid the service fee and the labor fee then they realized they had to order the light bulb. So, they decided to send it to us via FedEx. For some reason FedEx lost our package.... then when we called them back they said it was up to us and Fedex now...it has nothing to do with them anymore!!!!!! they won't even send us another TV light bulb or refound!!!! it's ridculous! I would never EVER use their service again and please do NOT hire them to do anything anymore.. We still don't know what to do with this whole thing. BAD.
Excellent Service - Fixed my TV on the first call. These guys are great. I had a Sony LCD television with the screen turning blue. I called Precision TV to get an estimate, and they instructed me that this problem was covered by Sony, they would order the part, and install it in my home. 3 days later they called and stated they had the part needed and installed it the next day. Great Customer Service in a time when Good service is hard to find.
