all bad. i bought a new 3g iphone on sunday evening. the next day after work i went to pull my phone out and the screen was cracked. i have the 1st iphone and never had a problem. dropped and all kinds of things and nothing happened to it. not sure how it happened but it happened. i went in tuesday morning and wished to exchanged and they proceed to tell me there was nothing they could do. i asked to return and they said no. it states on the back of the receipt there is a satisfaction guarantee and i wanted to return it. they said it doesn't cover it. then i was proceed to be surrounded by apple staff like i was going to start a fight. they could even proceed a contact number for a manger except to call the store. they proceed to give a card to call the store and the manager will be in on weds. called weds afternoon and the manager wasn't there and they could tell me when they would be in.
Avoid this store if you have iPod repair issues. My ipod was crashing very frequently. I took it to this store for service. These guys kept my iPod for couple days for testing. They came back to me saying that my iPod is fine. I told them this may not be true, because i have restored my iPod several times before and it has never helped. But this store guys insisted me to pickup. I went back and picked it up from the store. As i was walking back to my car the iPod crashed. I took it back to the store. They reset my iPod and played with it. It worked fine for sometime and it crashed again when the store guy was trying it. They couldn't take the iPod back because the genius bar (tech support guys) was fully booked that day. I don't know whether these guys ran any proper tests and it was only a waste of my time to go to this stored. My iPod crashes every few minute now.
