Best tire service in Concord, CA. I've been to many tire shops over the years and the LES Schwab tire center in concord is by far the best. On 09/24/08 when I arrived, my car was taken right in and the work was done quickly and very professionally. I met a few of the guys; Bart, Jason and James. They were all courteous and personable and most importantly, treated my car like it was their own. They provided me with perfectly mounted and balanced tires. I have mag wheels and there were no scratches or damage. They even washed off the new tire residue. I replaced good tires for better ones and they gave me covers for the used tires to keep the inside of the car clean. Lastly, all of the equipment and tools was new, likely state of the art, but I'm not an expert on tire and alignment stuff.

The customer care was top notch and I will go back for all of my tire needs.
