These guys are snakes. They constantly try to change the deal terms by slipping in misc charges. Matt is sleazy- by far the worst sales guy I have ever encountered. If you decide to visit this place BEWARE. You will quickly see what I am talking about. Matt cant help it- he is a con man for life. SLEAZY SLEAZY SLEAZY

BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER

I was looking for a specific car, black on black Vette ,and these guys had it. Ther was absolutely no pressre from Matt, he just let me take it for a ride and let me deside. Told him I'll need to think about it, and I'd get back to him. Did my own research and got a carfax report on it, and I was sold. Called him later that evening, and asked what needs to be done on my part, to secure the car. He simply said your word and the CD I loaned him was good enough.

Went back the following day and secured the deal.

I'll tell all of you who read this review, I've bought quite a few cars in my day, new and used, and was never treated so well as Matt and David treated me. I highly recommend buying from Auto Gallery in Hayward. Compared to the big (p..s ant auto dealers )out there, these guys are quantum leaps ahead. Matt you've got a customer for life. Thanks to both you and David

Excellent Car Buying Experience

My wife and I recently purchased a car from the Auto Gallery in Hayward. We seen the car nicely advertised on the Internet with plenty of good quality pictures. Hayward is over an hour drive from were we live, so I called Auto Gallery before heading down. Shervin answered the phone, was very polite and answered any questions I had. Feeling good about our phone call, we headed over to Hayward.

The car was in excellent condition just as described on the Internet. Shervin immediately provided the Car Fax report and Blue Book value on request. He answered any questions we had and was very knowledgeable of the car we were interested in.

We never felt pressured and were treated very nicely an overall excellent car buying experience. My wife absolutely loves her new car!!
