The Great Frame Up does beautiful work. The staff is very knowledgable and works with you to find exactly what you want. The work is impeccable and very reasonably priced.

This is the frame store to go to if attention to detail and creating a focal point for a room are your goals. We had a number of pieces which presented great challenges--pages from antiquarian book, a set of heavy tiles from Mexico, and others--each requiring a sophisticated evaluation. We placed our trust in the owner and were rewarded handily. He also did a great job with a special album cover. We've used other framers in the past, but wouldn't think about going back to them. I thought we were crazy to drive from San Francisco to have framing done in San Mateo, but I'm glad we did.
