Most excellent and highly recommended fitness club in our neighborhood. The owner is wonderful and highly knowledgeable as well. The circuit and group classes are very challenging and I never get bored like I did with other clubs. I belong to both this club and the one in downtown SF where I work. Both are a definite.....must visit and try!
Pros: 30 min. circuit designed for women, over 50 different group classes
