I received excellent customer service from Joseph at Whitefire. He really listens to what you are looking for, and takes into consideration your budget. He created a stunning engagement ring for me after my original set was stolen. He worked extremely hard to ensure he found a center stone that met my criteria within my budget. He worked with me on the setting I was considering having made and helped me make some decisions based on my lifestyle i.e. a high setting might not be good with 3 little kids. I receive compliments on my ring on a daily basis and could not be happier with it.

I recently received a call from one of my very good friends I grew up with. She indicated to me that she was blown away by the expert knowledge of the staff at White fire diamonds. She shopped many of the local retailers in her area (Houston, TX) and just was not pleased with all the so called "designer name" styles. She said they all seemed to look alike and there wasn't really any originality to the designs. Anyway, she remembered I had mentioned to her about the beautiful custom designed jewelry we experienced at White fire diamonds. She took a chance with her purchase and was very, very pleased with the service and expertise she experienced at White fire diamonds. Her words were"they have exceeded my expectations....!) Wow! Not only was I happy that she was happy but, it is nice to know that the people at White Fire are consistent with their service and beautiful jewelry.
