Editorial Review for Kitty's – by Stephanie Laemoa
In Short
A heated patio makes for a welcoming entrance while inside, the round, centrally located bar is offset by exposed brick and walls painted with bright floral patterns, which evoke surf designs. Comfy leather booths face the bar and are set against surrounding windows. Bottled wine and beer from Spain and Portugal are available as well as local favorites like Anchor Steam. Bartenders mix up specialty cocktails such as ginger mojitos and martinis made with peach-infused vodia and fresh basil while patrons nibble on olive plates, frittatas and more bar snacks.

Save MoneyHappy Hour is Monday through Friday from 4pm to 8pm and offers $1 off well drinks.
ParkingNo lot or valet here. But there is plenty of street parking in the neighborhood.

Well I figured i would check this place out since it was around the corner from where i live. I've been to "dive bars" better then this place. Drinks were well over priced, bartender didn't even acknowledge the $1 off happy hour and said it was "Mistake" in citysearch. Poorly made drinks... Food was well over priced. (e.g. $11 for chicken tortilla chips, you only get 4) plus $11.50 for croquets that are soo small and had an awful taste.... BAD BAD BAD!!!
Pros: Good seating
Cons: everything else missing in a bar

There was one bartender for a half crowded bar. He cheated me out of money. I asked for change for a 20, so I could tip him. He gave me change for 10. " When I looked confused, he said, "why don't you roll your eyes some more. I was very polite. He was rude. He would not stop to discuss it. Would not tell me where to find the manager. i had waited quite some time to order in the first place. BAD service, even on a Thursday night. note; I never was able to order one drink there. This all happened when I had not been drinking. I would not meet friends there again.
Cons: poor to no service, rude bartender
