Worst Experience With A Shop!. Unfortunately, a terrible first experience with this shop. I took my car in for a service because my dealer was booked and this shop was local to one of my offices. When I picked up my vehicle, there were several issues. There was a scratch on one of the rear panels, I found a bag of McDonalds in the back and my floor mats were dirty. When I inquired about the technician that was working on my vehicle, I found out that the gentleman was neither certified or experienced with Mercedes-Benz. I will never come back, then to top it all I was charged $153 more than what I was quoted!…

Fantastic, friendly service, good prices. I've had Shawn work on my 97 E420 several times, and I can say without hesitation that I no longer dread getting my car fixed, wondering what the dealer is going to take me for this time. From oil changes, to dead batteries, to broken windows. He does it all. Not only is he a very friendly and easy going, him coming to me is unbelievably convenient.

Excellent service. Called for a quote after previous experience with a dealer cost me an arm and a leg. Price was exact, service was fast, came home to do the job and came back to bring a missing spare part. Friendly, courteous, professional and true to his word.
