Ferry Building outpost of the local chain offers a small but well-chosen selection of reads.. In Short
Catering to tourists, commuters and market merchants, this bright store offers a carefully selected array of hard covers, paperbacks and magazines. The requisite fiction and self-help sections are present, but the wall filled with culinary and gardening books anchors the store. Travel guides and post cards satisfy the out-of-towners, while a small but appropriate choice of magazines, including Food & Wine and local 'zine Chow SoMa, appease the Ferry Building's local foodies.
