Incompetent. I called the night before to rekey front door they said they would come by 9am. The technician called and asked to reschedule an hour later because he had two other calls that came in. Then he called back thinking he called another customer. I cancelled my request. If the technician couldnt get his phone calls right I did not trust him with my locks.

first off, their prices are sky high. secondly, they came on a saturday to fix my mail box lock, couldn't do it, but left before i figured it out. I called an hour later to have them come back and finish the job I paid them for. It's now wednesday, and countless phone calls later, and i still don't know if or when they will come back. my mail is now sitting somewhere in an oakland post office and i'm $160 in the hole for no reason.

Oakland Locksmith -- Lockout 24/7 is the worst customer service experience I have ever had. I made three appointments for which the locksmith did not show up. The dispatchers were entirely unhelpful, put me on hold for several minutes at a time, and told me they would fix the problem and call back but didn't. Instead of calling to report that they would be late, the locksmiths and dispatchers set appointments for the following day without notifying me, and made no effort to be apologetic. Do not support this company.
