High ceilings, redwood furniture and booth seating create a warm atmosphere. Local office workers congregate during happy hours to enjoy the 16 beers on tap, or to dine on traditional French and Belgian brasserie fare like oysters, sausages and cured meats. In the evenings, a more social crowd arrives for pool and DJ dancing in the adjacent 1,200-square-foot lounge. Music ranges from funk and punk to hip-hop and Indian bhangra.

It is an alright place. It is not bad, it is just not special. I have gone there a few times and it just ends up being a little of a let down.

I met up with friends at Lukas last Sunday for Breakfast, and every single thing was fantastic -- OK I could have used a refill for my coffee, but everything else was awesome, and I"m incredibly fussy about my breakfast. I've heard a few things about the evenings there which were all kind of negative.. but I'd still like to give it a try. I will go back for breakie as I've raved to a lot of my peeps about it.
Pros: Excellent Breakfast, Good coffee, mid range prices
Cons: I really needed that hot refill of coffee when I was half way into breakfast!
