Postino is back... excellent food & experience. My family had dinner here last week and thoroughly enjoyed the experienced The food was prepared & seasoned to perfection, chicken, fish and steak. The service was attentive and the ambience very enjoyable. They treated our little ones with humor and attention. After a few so so years, Postino is back and very noteworthy.

Best short ribs in town. Postino is an amazing place with everything you could possibly want in a restaurant. Great service, great wine, great food! The ambiance is perfect for a date or a romantic dinner. A MUST is the caesar salad. I won't ruin the surprise for you but it is definitely worth it. I also recommend the short ribs with chedder polenta. It is out of this world.

Traditional Northern Italian dishes are created with fresh, organic ingredients at this rustic eatery in the heart of Lafayette.. In Short
Stone archways, hand-painted frescos, colorful canopies and hanging lights create a warm atmosphere of this historic converted post office. Diners feast on chef Mike Zeiter's Italian cooking, which incorporates ingredients from local farms. An array of hand-shaped pasta is available, like the spaghettini with fennel sausage ragu, as well inventive dishes like the balsamic roasted rabbit marinated in vinegar, pan drippings and pancetta. A popular side dish is the creamy whipped potatoes seasoned with pungent Gilroy garlic.
