Just move into area and needed to find a place to relax and unwind !!! Wow what a nice experience and a friendly staff. The spa massage was perfect, ask for Christy, she is great !!!. This place is like going to a French Chateau, the ambience, and nice atmoshere is like none what I have seen or been to, a real treat for yourself. I even found a hairstylist, Marie is so patient and its nice to find someone who really cares. She must be pretty good, couldn't get booked any earlier than about a week so looking forward to that. For now, getting a facial done . No disappointments and I was told the spa is under new ownership who is so nice.

I have no idea where the previous two reviewers went, but it certainly couldn't have been the same spa I've come to love. The spa is immaculate, and all of the staff that I've met are extremely friendly and go above and beyond to give the best customer service experience possible. I highly recommend Claudine, she is by far the most talented and skilled esthetician I've ever had. I followed Claudine here from Amour de Femme, she is an amazing skin care expert. She has been super patient and diligent in helping me get my skin under control. (I thought you were supposed to break out in high school, not your mid 20's!) Through her services and the right products, my skin has completely turned around. Every time I see a friend I haven't seen in a while they comment on how much better my skin looks than it did 6 months ago. If that isn't testament enough to her abilities, then I don't know what is. But Claudine's real magic isn't just in improving problem skin, but in overall pampering and treatment. A number of people I know have used her services, and always walk away with glowing skin and a big smile. The spa itself awesome. Every room has it's own style, but the place all fits together well. Everything is extremely clean, and well decorated. I met some of the other staff when I was in there last, and everyone is so friendly and laid-back. Considering the location and price range, I was surprised that the people there weren't in the least bit snobby or pretentious. There is nothing worse than going to a spa for pampering, and feeling like you are a fish out of water. As a SF transplant to the land of suburbia, it's really easy to feel out of place in the Tri-Valley because I don't drive a fancy new car or wear $200 designer jeans or carry big name label handbags.. So I can appreciate a place that treats all of their clientle the same regardless of all the flashy material stuff. I can't wait to try some of the other services here.
