I recently purchased a $400 radiator from this business that seemed to be missing the cap. Going back to the website I purchased it from, the exact radiator in the picture had a cap and there were no disclosures that it did not come with one. Numerous emails were sent with no reply. I finally contacted them via phone and was told the radiators did not come with the cap. I pointed out that there was nothing on the website stating "no cap" and the pictured product seemed to have a cap. I was told "I should have known better" and was hung up on. Calling back, I asked to speak with the manager or owner, who to no surprise, wasn't there. Once again I pointed out that the product had been misrepresented and all I wanted was a cap for my radiator, just like the one I thought I was getting with my radiator. I was belittled again and hung up on. On my third call back to get the employees name, the owner "just happened" to be there. His name was "Andy". Andy told me there was no way I was getting a cap despite the obvious and acknowledged misrepresentation of his product and was hung up on a third time. I would not purchase anything or recommend this company to anyone. It's obvious, at least to me, that this is not a customer service oriented business, and that not a lot of care goes into proper advertising, sales, or accountability.
