I received a gift card from my mother that the Nail Shop forgot to put actual $ on which would have totaled $10. When I went to redeem the card (again a nominal amt.) the person who works at the front hassled me about having a receipt for the gift card. In the process of trying to locate this for her my manicure got very damaged. I actually had tipped 20% prior to this encounter and ended up with a less then satisfactory manicure & an uncomfortable situation with the employee which drew attention from other patrons. I would like to also note that I took my entire bridal party to this location about two years ago and treated them to manicures and pedicures spending hundreds of dollars (roughly $500) on that occasion not to mention the other times I visited the shop. I did not receive an apology from this employee or the owner whom I called to notify of the situation. As someone who loves to get my nails done, I will likely not return and it is too bad for the salon when there is so much competition out there.

i did not like this place at all!! one of the older ladies did my nails and first i didnt understand what she was saying.. i had made an appt for acrylic and she did pink and white. second, she took FOREVER on my nails and they still came out unsatisfactory. third, she had a sharp nail that she dug into the sides of my nails. i've never went to a nail salon where they had hurt me. she made me b l e e d and all she said was "opps i made a mistake." and started laughing. after she spoke in a different language and all of the other employees came over and looked at my nails. when i was almost finished, she had told me to out my nails in front of a fan and another one of the employers sat next to me and asked me if she could see my hand to see if i was finished or not. afterwards she just put my hands down and and laughed without telling me if i was finished or not. so i asked her and she stuttered and said "o yeah you're finished" I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN AND I HIGHLY RECCOMEND YOU DON"T EITHER!!!!
