It's all about the breathing. An amazing place for supportive "no fear" yoga. I started with this studio a year ago and it is much more than exercise. If you want to completely change your life for the better this is the place. There is much laughter and constant astonishing wonderful change both in the mind and the body. I've strength of body(250 pound hand stand in my case) and mind I have never experienced before. You can experience all types of yoga in one place including breathing and restorative with instructors that let you experience the wonders yoga offers.
