You wouldn't guess it from the cafeteria-esque decor or the simple-though-eclectic menu, but Jerusalem's Organic Kitchen actually does offer organic food. Both Middle Eastern specialties like falafel and shewarma and classic American hamburgers and hotdogs are made with organic vegetables and free-range chicken and meat whenever possible. The owner often works the rgister, where he doles out equal servings of brusque attitude and warm hospitality.

Recently chef Auny provided dinner for 300 people for my church conference. I always depend on Auny?s generosity in providing the best food quality. When you eat once at Jerusalem?s Organic Kitchen you will go back many times. I do.
