I read that Blackberry Bistro was so good, and that they had the best homemade biscuits. I went there this morning for breakfast with my coworker on our way to work. Right away we where told that there was no sour cream for the potatoes and no sourdough. 5-10 minutes after ordering I was told that it would be twenty minutes for a biscuit. The waitress ask me to order toast instead. When they brought my meal the I got two tiny ends of bread that where blackened and hard as a rock. The poached eggs where terrible and the potatoes where very undercooked. The tea was good, but they leave the leaves floating in the teapot so if you don't drink it fast it becomes real bitter. After leaving I was still hungry. Worst...Breakfast...Ever. Thanks.

The place opens at 8a.m., we arrived at 8:15a.m., were seated outside promptly. By 8:20a.m. we placed our orders. It was past 9:05a.m. by the time the food was brought to our table. We asked several times about our order while we waited and waited and waited, and we were informed "in 5 minutes" (which turned out to be 20 minutes), "your tag is coming up soon" (several tables who arrived after we did were served before we were). The severs are airheads. The shrimp and gritz was very good, the bacon and eggs were forgetable. BRING A GOOD BOOK TO READ OR BETTER YET, GO SOME PLACE ELSE FOR BREAKFAST!!!
Pros: Great shrimp and gritz.
Cons: Very, very slow service.
