good service, very accommodating. I would definitely recommend this place to my family and friends. You might pay just a bit more, but it's totally worth it for the service you receive. The shop is well-kept, clean and classy.

Bad Hair day. My regular hair stylist was on maternity leave so I thought I would give this place a try. I have never cried after having my hair done until now. I just wanted a trim and simple touch-up on my highlights. That is not what I got. The highlights look like the frosted look from the 70s where you put one of those caps on and pull the hair through and the trim was not a trim - it was a pretty drastic cut. After the stylist took the first snip, I was in a panic and all she said was "sorry , it will grow back."

Very Impressed!. I heard about the salon from a girlfriend of mine and decided to give it a try for a haircut. I needed a very professional style haircut for my company's website. I am very picky when it comes to my hair. I am a VP at a well known company in the East Bay and my last haircut was not done well.

I called Ospa and they got me in the next day. The presentation is done very well there. It is clean, well lighted, and not overbearing with noise like a lot of other hair salons. Lori and I talked about the business and what she has been doing to create her business model there. I am impressed! She is extremely professional, and expects the same from her crew. I have a lot of respect for her! She is successful and doing it all on her own!!! I get the feeling the spa is a reflection of her.

Because of Ospa's impression upon me, I got my mother and wife full spa treatments there and they were extremely satisfied of their day there. And we all know, if mom and wife are happy, everyone is happy!

I encourage anyone to go there!

The Best Day Spa in the East Bay!. I recently went into O Spa and was VERY Pleased with the service, staff, environment and quality of products. Best of all they were running a special to promote Earth day and had signs around stating that they going GREEN!

My Facial was excellent, i was happy to see that they are an exclusive Pevonia spa and the esthetician was incredible knowledgeable and instructed me on exactly how to treat my rosacea. ( which has already improved!), my green coffee wrap was not only relaxing but also very effective. Several members of the staff offered to get me hot tea or lemon water. When browsing through the shelves of body products i noticed some nutrition bars, shakes etc.. and the receptionist let me know that as a part of the spa going green they are also introducing healthy products and will soon be adding relaxing cd's and self help books. needless to say i was really impressed and will be booking services for my mother and myself for mothers day!! great place to relax! oh, also~ the receptionist fed my meter for me while i was in service as the meters were only 1 hr. so i had nothing to worry about when i came out.

Great spa services all in one place!!!!. I totally disagree with the last review. Ospa is the best spa where you can receive great services. The staff is friendly and professional. I had a facial there recently and it was the most pampering facial I have ever had. The esthetician addressed my needs and even gave me some great info on skin care that I can use at home. Ospa is a quiet and relaxing enviroment!

Save your money - don't go there. Whoa! This was bad! This was by far the worst spa experience I have ever had--and I have had a lot of them. From the moment I walked in it was chaotic - the woman who greeted me took time out of her socializing with co workers to get me set up. As I waited for my facial the sound of hair dryers and the gossipy staff was annoying - there was no way to relax here. The facial was alright - not the best and again the hair dryers could be heard during my facial and prevented my relaxation. Bleech - I'll never go back.

Oh So Relaxing. I went to O Spa and had a facial and a massage. The facial was relaxing and targeted my issues. The massage was amazing ( I say go for the hot stones!!) and I felt the effects for days after. I was pleasantly surprised to find such a great place so close to home. I will be finding as many reasons as I can to treat my friends and myself as much as possible.

Best Spa in the East Bay. This is the best spa I have been to in the east bay. All the staff are friendly and give excellent customer service. I went to get my hair cut and colored. I was a little scared at first because I was going to a new hair dresser, but she gave me the best hair cut ever and color!!! I love her!!!! I love Ospa because I do everything in one place. I can get my hair done, a facial, a massage and my nails all in one spa. Now that I have found Ospa I won't go to anyother spa.

best day spa and hairsalon in the east bay!. The service, staff and facility are the best in the east bay! We felt like we were gone on a vacation!! Ospa is a true Oasis! the soft music, waterfalls, light scent of aromatherapy in the air... what can i say but we will definately be back!!
