This is a great place to stretch, meditate and reduce stress. it does not require any previous experience, in fact - the best part of it is that anyone can get started, in any physical condition. Staff is super friendly and nice, very supportive.

Happy Brain, Happy Body.
My home center is the Santa Clara center but I have been to the Fremont Center many times for trainings and classes.
The staff at the Fremont Center are very caring and sincere in providing a very welcoming and nurturing atmosphere. They really care about the members, making sure they receive utmost and timely advice about their specific conditions to help them live healthier lives.
Overall, Dahn Yoga practice is really a very unique experience. I have improved many of my physical complaints such as migraine, tension and nausea headaches. I also increased my flexibility greatly which means I have improved my circulation in my body. The classes are always different so you never get bored! They really emphasize in using the full capacity of the brain which I truly appreciate.
Parking is not a problem there and they have several classes which you can find time to do for yourself, for your health.

More than YOGA. Better than any other YOGA..
Many healing benefit.
So many people said that they got the healing experience and better life.
I've seen many friends shared good story about their improvement.
Just experience if you are looking for changes.

Fantastic!. I have never experianced such a complete and fulfilling class. Gentle and healing, Restoring but envigorating! A refreshing change from other classes.
