I had booked the Party Bus a month in advance and made frequent calls to the company confirming the logistics (size of the bus and the 3 clubs we would be taken to.) The day of the party, a friend had noticed that one club we were scheduled to go to had a private party. I called Party Ex at 10am and was told I would receive a phone call at 1pm to confirm, instead I was relentlessly calling to even get a hold of someone at Party Ex. Nonetheless, there was a private party at that club and we had to choose another one- had I not inquired about this, we could be sitting in the bus outside of that club. Lesson learned- do your research... although this is a fun thing to do with friends, plan ahead.

I wanted to rent a limo. I dealt with the owner so you would think I would have the best service. He never sent me anything in writing (which I asked him 4 times). I jsut got the run around. I was always gracious with each phone so I was shocked to see the service (or non-service, I shoudl say) that I received.
