In Short – Opened in summer 2004, the Hawthorn is an ideal spot for those who want the comforts of home while on the road. Conveniently located in Alameda, an easy trip to both downtown Oakland and a ferry ride to San Francisco, the modestly sized hotel has 50 suites with separate sleeping and living areas.
