Hit or miss, but not bad either way.... I see the other comment below mine...but Monica is the reason I GO to spank.

She's bubbly, and blonde and young, and I was super nervous trusting her with my hair. (I am, you know, not all that mainstream). I gave her what I thought were pretty vague instructions. I *always* have trouble communicating with stylists. Despite this, Monica did a great job. I loved the cut, and she did just what I'd asked. Also she was just chatty enough to make it fun to get a haircut.

Recently, I made an appointment that had to be rescheduled to another stylist. I didn't get her name. I was 5 minutes late and had to wait about 15 minutes for her - without really knowing what was going on. I showed her a picture, and although the end result is cute, it's not really anything like the picture. Still, at least she didn't totally butcher my hair.

Hit or miss. I will definitely wait for Monica next time.

Dont do it!. Monica Dumbinguez..I think that is her name! She completely mutilated my hair. If I were you I would reccomend that you go to Alameda beauty college over her. I am PISSSSED!
