Tips for Pyramid Alehouse

TV Dinner Food, Poor Service, Beer Tasty. We ate at Pyramid last night and the experience left both of us nauseous. I'll start by saying that the beer was great, as expected. But from there the experience was all downhill. Our spinach and artichoke dip was reheated mush. The waiter forgot to come back to take our dinner order. Her soup was straight out of a can. The salad looked like it had been sitting in kitchen air for days and served on a caffeteria plate. My buffalo chicken sandwich was dripping with grease and served on a cold bun. It took 25 minutes to get our bill. We went to ask the hostess to send it to us and a bussboy came out and gave the table next to us their bill while they were mid-meal. I will not return -- except for a brew.

improved. This is a great beer hall with excellent brews. The problem has generally been the crummy food. But recently they must have a new cook since everything is much improved. Great place for kids too. I like it/
