I agree with some of the people that the service can be a little slow... but they've never been rude to me and the food has always been worth it. I think places like El Caracol are much more deserving of praise and authenticity for true Mexican food than the WAY over rated ones on the other side of town (cough... MURILLO's... cough-cough). Murillo's is total fast food mexican wannabee food served by gringo's, if you catch my drift. El Caracol is in a different league. I have no idea why so many people persist in saying "Go to Murillo's for authentic Mexican food" when they REALLY STINK. I've even gotten sick their TWICE (I had to give them a second chance)
Pros: Parking, Convience, Price, Quality
Cons: A little slow on the service
