What a GREAT Auction House!!!. Hi eveyone! HJust wanted to drop a quick note about my experiences with Michaan's. They have been fantastic with me! I have gone to thier apprasial events on Wednesdays several times and I have always been impressed! They are polite and professional when you bring items into them to look at. They are honest and knowledgable when they tell you about what you have brought in and if they feel it is auction worthy, they will auction it for you!! They have sold several things for me nin the past few months and have done incredibly! An old french "urn" that I could not get $100 for in my efforts Jane at one of the Wed. events said she liked it and said she would put it in an auction with a $300-500 estimate...... It sold for $5200!!!!! The check came when they said it would and I couldnt be more delighted! I LOVE MICHAAN'S!!!!!! The Annex sale is also fantastic!!

Something for Everyone. I am totally hooked on Michaan's Estate auctions. These events are full of welcome surprises like the beautiful Sterling Silver diamond tennis bracelet I purchased for a very special lady. They explained the process for a newbie to live auctions, then provided tools which helped me from selection to bidding. Result was an excellent value and a very happy woman. Before I purchase retail again Michaan's is my choice for great estate items at outstanding prices.

Silverware Appraisal. I always wanted to find out if the silverware I inherited from my Aunt in Germany was worth anything.

I took it Michaan's and spoke to their appraiser. She gave me a little history and I was surprised to find out the markings on it dated it back to the early 1900 and told me it was worth $500 at auction.

It was a very pleasant experience and I will definitely come back.
