Never delivered my food, phone calls unanswered

Tried breakfast delivery service on a Sat morning. Website indicated I was ordering within business hours for both EZ Dine In and the target restaurant. Placed order, no email receipt. Waited 15 min, called EZ to confirm...got voicemail. Waited another 5 min, same thing. Outgoing message on VM gives far shorter business hours on Sat than does website.

Bleh - waste of time.

good idea for impromtu parties

i've ordered from these guys several times, i once ran out of propane at night and they saved the day in about an hour

i plan to use them this summer for our baseball teams end of season party

• Pros: quick and tasty choices
• Cons: smaller groups it's a bit pricy good for larger groups

BEST SERVICE EVER!!

We have been using Ezdineinn's service for a few years now, and I speak for everyone in our office when I say that their service is nothing short of EXCELLENT! Pratap and staff are always friendly, courteous, and helpful not to mention professional and prompt. It is also an extremely convenient service, because they cater to numerous restaurants eliminating our having to call different restaurants to place our order. The delivery personnel are also extremely friendly. We have never had a bad experience with Ezdineinn and recommend their service to the highest degree.

Keep it up

I like these guys. I'm a medical rep and I have to take care of lunches all around the bay area. I've used Waiters on Wheels before and their service is horrible, just talking to them is a pain; not to mention having to explain to a room full of hungry people that "the food is on its way." With EZ Dine In I have not had any problems. In fact if I have no idea what to get from a certain restaurant, they help me decide or put an order together for me and just call me to confirm it's ok. Now that's EZ. You know how great it is to be able to call them up and say "I need a lunch for such date from Pasta Pomodoro for 20 people with 3 Vegetarians" and know that it will be taken care of. Their service is excellent and they go all over the East Bay which is perfect for me because that's where most of my lunches take place nowadays.

They take care of everything for me. The food, plasticware, drinks, EVERYTHING. Thanks guys.
