Freak'n Yummy!. This a hole in the wall Indian restaurant where flavor beats decor. This place isn't fancy, nor is it well-suited for a large gathering. It's a take-out joint with a few tables added for those who prefer to drop rice on someone else's floor. (a not-so-subtle hint that this place works well for people with kids). You won't break your wallet, portions are generous, and best of all you can order online. (Coolorder charges a small fee but it's worth it)

Hole in the wall, great food. Cheap lunch buffet, nothing special. But go for dinner if you want good food. Remember no ambiance, a hole in the wall. The food is wonderful. Yummy!

My LEAST Favorite Indian Food. I used to love this place as a takeout choice. I'm not sure if the ownership has changed, but I recently put in an order (my usual). I was informed that we would have to place an order of $30 or more. (The tab came to $22). After asking to speak to a manager, I was informed that this was the "owner's wife, actually" and did I want to pay a $5.00 devlivery fee or not for my area. Nevermind that we have placed at least 20 orders of exactly the same amout of food prior to this, the restaurant is less than three miles away. So, we were desperately hungry. We grudgingly pay the $5.00 (not to mention a nice tip for the delivery driver). We eat the food...and the WHOLE FAMILY gets sick! We had our usual oatmeal for breakfast and sandwiches with fresh sealed lunchmeat that, so we KNOW that we were sick by this establishment. What's sad is that I don't think I'll ever be able to eat my favorite chicken tiki masala again after that experience no matter how reputable the restaurant. Too sad.

YUM. Whenever i come home from school, me and my friends in the area always make a point to go to favorites at least once or twice to catch up. We love the food, and i am always stuffed so full when i leave for like 7 dollars. we got to go before and it was very delicious. We eat a lot of the vegetarian dishes as well as the meaty ones and all are superb. You should pick yourself up and go for dinner or lunch right this instant!

Used to be good - not so much anymore. Husband and I used to order their delivery service often. In the last year the quality has gone down considerably. We also found their in restaraunt quality is suffering. If we want indian food we drive out of town now.

not that great. This place was small and crowded for lunch. I honestly like our other place, New Taste of India in the Warm Springs area of Fremont much better. It costs as much here (2 adults, 2 kids) for the lunch buffet as it does for the dinner buffet at New Taste of India. The food here was bland and watery... we'll stick with our place even though we have to drive a ways.

Not a 9 for sure, at best an average. We did dine their a couple of weeks ago, on a friday night. The restaurant was empty, it was just us. The dishes we ordered were all good and service was good but it is just not a restaurant that deserves a 9 point rating.

A casual eatery that draws crowds for its tandoori dishes, seafood specialties and all-you-can-eat lunch buffet.. In Short
This eatery offers Indian food at reasonable prices. Local families and couples flock to this cozy spot for its deep-fried paneer pakora (Indian cheese) and meat samosas stuffed with ground lamb. The butter chicken is shredded, roasted meat in tomato sauce. The Favorite Biriyani, an aromatic mix of saffron-flavored basmati rice, prawns, chicken, lamb and nuts, offers a mix of meat and seafood.
