Superb food. La Cascada is simply amazing. Their food is full of bold tastes and creatively put together. Their wraps take Mexican designs to an international level, and they always use awesomely fresh fruits and vegetables. All of the salsa is home-made, and the chipotle humus is not to miss. The service is simply a notch above the rest, with the owner usually present, he makes you feel at home, always checking how the food is, how your day is, saying hi to the little ones as well. The best dining esperience I've had in a long, long while.

Great healthy Mexican food. I love La Cascada wraps and burritos because they always use fresh and healthy ingredients like corn, black beans, and chopped bell peppers in lieu of the usual refried beans. If you're looking for "real" mexican food, this place is probably not for you, but it is a must-try for the health conscious. The staff is always very nice and friendly, and food is generally served pretty quickly.
