My Body & Mind. This Yoga is challenging and rewarding and certainly unique . Depending on what kind of day I have , It seems

sometimes impossible and on other days doable. I feel, fresh cleansed and whole afterwards. Sometimes they heat the room a bit to much. When that happens I take a place at the side windows or entrance doors, it's cooler there with the air flow. Granted, It takes time out of my day but , hey, that's the time for myself with no phone ringing (what a blessing). I go twice a week.

The people there are really nice, good energy all around and lot's of support from the teacher, especially after the class.

The studio in Berkeley I go to is very clean which I think makes all the difference.

If you are thinking of trying it make sure to bring your own water bottle. You will need it!

FUNKY DOOR BERKELEY IS A TERRIBLE STUDIO, THE FACILITIES ARE NICE BUT THE NEW OWNER IS A #$%^&*@#$$%!!!!AVOID THIS STUDIO IF AT ALL POSSIBLE, VOTE WITH YOUR YOGA PRACTICE, DO NOT SUPPORT AN UNETHICAL BUSINESS!!!!RACISIM! HATE! STUCK UP AND JUST PLAIN BAD KARMA, VOTE FOR CHANGE OF OWNERSHIP!!!!
