Great Service. I'm very content with the service. They are very knowledge people who determined right away what was wrong and quick on getting it fixed. Thanks, I'll definitely called for your service again!

Not what you are expecting. When you first call, they tell you that for the $50 house call fee they will figure out what is wrong with your machine and give you an estimate of the cost to fix it. They couldn't figure out what was wrong with our machine and told us to call someone else--but they didn't give back our $50.

Unreliable and rude on the phone. Didn't show up for an appointment. Was rude and dismissive when called. Still never showed up.
