I originally thought what the 2 negative commentors stated. However, it is better for them to be tough on you and not fall on your face in an interview. I got my sales position through them and am looking again due to lay offs. This company is not a hole in the wall; there are alternate locations in multiple cities. Maybe you weren't as good of a candidate as you think you were.... My former manager only used her because he knew they would only put forth quality candidates (she doesn't waste managers' time.) Also, she has been around many years and has many connections, more than other recruiters I know. They get the job done and are revered in the industry.
Pros: job opportunities, they tell it like it is, i know 8 people that have gotten their current job with this outfit.
Cons: your feelings might get hurt if you think they are going to find you a job without you having to work at it.

I disagree with the 2 comments posted. C Grant and her firm is professional and responsive. They will tell you what you need to do to get land the job. She has always returned my calls and has guided along through the interview process. I have her to thank for getting me a senior level sales position.
