Stands by their work even after 11 years!. It probably never crossed his mind that he would have to work on a project that was done over 11 years ago by his company but it did happen. Evenflow plumbing responded to my call for "Warranty" service 11 years after the initial main sewer line job that was replaced at my home. When I called Gary I was afraid I was going to get the run around, like most companies, but he responded with the most positive attitude and reassured me that he would get to the bottom of the problem and take care of it. This was even after he realized that the job was over eleven years old and any documentation was going to need to be found in his archives. Outstanding Service and Value!. Evenflow is BY FAR the best and most professional plumbing company I have ever worked with. In the past 12 months I have had to replace the sewer line connecting a residential home with the city main for two separate properties, and in both cases I had Evenflow perform the work. They responded promptly to my initial calls and scheduled a time that worked for me to meet at the property, assess the job and provide a quote. Once we signed the contract, Evenflow began work when they said they would, took care of all of the permits and logistics, and completed the job on time. Evenflow employees are courteous, friendly, and professional, and at all times treated me like a valued customer. They did not try to sell me any extra unnecessary work, unlike many of the plumbing companies in the phone book that have “Rooter” as part of their name. On top of great service, Evenflow provides exceptional value for their work. For example, I received a quote to replace a sewer connection from one of the “Rooter” companies that was nearly twice the price I was quoted from Evenflow. Going with Evenflow literally saved me thousands of dollars, AND they did an outstanding job! If you’ve received a quote from another firm for an expensive plumbing job, then do yourself a favor and contact Evenflow for a second quote before signing any contract. Thanks to Gary and Evenflow..... Gary of Evenflow plumbing was the man of the hour! He did work twice on my house and I would not hesitate hire him back again or refer him to others. He showed up in a timely manner, easily diagnosed and fixed the problems, all the while remaining professional and focused. His prices were so reasonable I tried to get him to up them a bit, thinking he was not charging enough. How often does that happen?? None the less, he did not change the bill!

Now my toilets are working and my garbage disposal is happily grinding away, all thanks to Gary!…
