Dominos is still a big FAIL. Apparently its a big problem to order ranch. Because of the crapy service at Dominos this is now a pet peeve of mine. When my wife orders pizza she always asks for one or two sides of ranch. The first low class thing that happens is they act like its a big deal and threaten to charge you for it. We don't care, so fine charge us, but guess what? We get charged and when the pizza is delivered... no Ranch. This happens everytime. I called back and the guy treated me like I was some kind of punk for wanting my ranch that I ordered. So much for that big "I'm sorry" campaign that their CO launched. Maybe you should Include some kind of Ranch certification for your order takers. Perhaps A "Ranch boot camp." Maybe only hire people that are "Ranch aware" or perhaps have some sort of degree in "making sure you don't forget to add the ranch every damn time someone orders it." The fact is they don't care. Dominos continues to be one big fail.
