Reliable Sushi and Japanese Food. It has always had very reliable sushi and other japanese dishes but after slight remodeling the place offers much better dining environment. Always ask for the freshest items for sushi/sashimi, you really can't go wrong! I recommend everything on the menu except udon which isn't much different from what you buy at supermarkets.

User review by egainey. Some of the best sushi I've ever had- and I'm from Seattle! Plus, the sushi chefs are the sweetest people. I highly recommend Kotobuki.

Truly a great Japanese restaraunt. I've been going to Kotobuki for years. It is by far one of the best Japanese restaurants out there, and my all time favorite.

They have the best tonkatsu (breaded pork cutlet) I've ever had, and the portions are great.

The fish is always fresh and tasty.
