Worst Dim Sum with terrible service. Worst DIm Sum we have ever eaten. Steamed selections wraps were so thick, had to eat carefully so as not so choke. Fillings with little flavor...had to soak in soy and hot pepper for taste. Fried selection greasy. Service terrible. Had to find somebody for tea, then steal cups from another table. None of the waitresses could speak English and were not helpful in even showing the dish. This was Saturday and the place was crowded but plenty of service people about. Only place in many years where the service was as bad as the food and we left no tip.

good food, but needs improvement. I have been to this restaurant twice - both times on a very busy weekend for lunch. They don't take reservations. The wait for a table averages about 20 - 30 minutes (or more) depending on the size of your party. I really enjoy the food, but service can be spotty. There are only a few servers who speak English. I even had a diffcult time asking for a Coke. I believe one of the reasons the wait can be so long is because they don't refresh the carts as the food gets cold. For people who insist on hot food, they have to wait for the carts to be refreshed with the hot plates right from the kitchen which slows down the turnover at the tables.
