On a Saturday afternoon, I walked into their store and met with a sales rep who helped answer my questions about a remodeling project I was doing my bathroom. He seemed very knowledgeable and was very quick in providing me a quote. Picking the granite couldn't have been easier since it all neatly laid out for you in the back warehouse. So the day of the install came and, opps, there was a problem. The installers wouldn't lay the granite because they told me my cabinets weren't level. I was annoyed about this because I expected the job to be finished in one day like I was told. After discussing with their management about the reason why the installers wouldn't lay the granite, I understood the problem. It was actually my cabinet installers fault because he didn't level my cabinets correctly. Apparently granite cannot be installed on cabinets if they aren??????t completely level because the granite might break in the future. Artistic Stone rescheduled an install date for me a little less than a week later and the job was finished. The vanity looks great and I'm really happy with the results. I'm very pleased with their understanding of the situation and their ability to work with me.

I have never gone to the trouble of sitting down and writing a bad review, but I feel so strongly about this. Very nice salesperson, very impressed with their paperwork and scheduling. The installer and assistant came in and finished quickly. Maybe TOO quickly. Our long-time plumber refused to install the faucets and handles because the hole for the undermount sink was cut incorrectly and there was no room to bolt in the faucet handles. It looks like they laid out the sinks incorrectly, cut the holes, and then had to re-cut to make the sinks work. THEN we realized that the holes cut in the granite itself for the faucet handles were crooked, and even if we could install the handles ~ they wouldn't line up correctly with each other. 2nd team came out to look and left 5 minutes later after politely telling me I was indeed wrong, and that the misplacement of the handle holes was acceptable practice. Over $1000 spent, and I still have no plumbing in my bathroom.

I wanted to put in some new granite countertops into my kitchen, and so I looked around for a good place with a modest price. I found prices that ranged from $2400 to $7500. I had suspected that many of the lower price offers were from unlicensed fabricators, and so I started visiting their offices, showrooms, and warehouses. By then, Artistic Stone was only another name on my list. But when I arrived, I was greeted by a very courteous and knowledgable salesperson. He did not push me to buy, and rather gave me advice on what I should do. He gave such good advice, and the price that I saw was good, I ended up going with him. He detailed everything that would happen during the job, and showed me examples of previous work. I saw that they did quality work, comparable to the quality of the other fabricators who wanted to charge $7500. The installers came promptly and put in the granite with expertise. They did a great job, and I will continue to do business with them.
