Full Kitchen Remodel gone very wrong

Spent a significant sum on a full kitchen remodel. Customer service has been non existant, and the design has resulted in problems at every turn. Supposed to be a ten week project once started...I am currently in week 13 with NO end in site. Also, from the day I signed the retainer until I even saw a design was over 12 weeks. A nightmare!
