Do not be fooled by the exterior of this resturant, this is a great place to eat. The food was fantastic. An innovative style of cuisine with reasonable variety. The clam chowder was tasty and the salmon just melted in your mouth, cooked just right topped off with a chocolate soufle which tantalised the toungue. The aesthetics and decorative styling of the food made it just that little bit more irresistible

The service was good a little slow however I would not say this was a bad thing as the effort put into cooking the food was great. The staff where very warm and welcoming and thanked us for our patience at the end making the wait worthwhile.

The atmosphere was cosy not necessarily romantic but a child friendly place. The place was generally brightly lit but did not ruin the ambience.

Generally good value for money. I would recommend you try it, its something different, this place definitley gets all its boxes checked!

One of my favorite restaurants. I love this place! I was just there last night with my family and we had a great time. Not only the food is great, the staff are very friedly and good price.

I highly recommend this place, try the paella and the chicken red curry, it's awesome.

I go to to A and Noi at least once a week, it is part of my weekly life.

Outstanding seafood. We find A & NOI to be a consistently good restaurant. Their food is very fresh and seasonal and is very well prepared. The food is presented beaufifully on the plate and service is very friendly and helpful. The seafood preparation is outstanding. We always enjoy having a meal here.

In the mood for a different taste. Leave your expectations at the door and you will be pleasantly surprised with the fusion dishes from this restaurant.

Run by husband and wife "A & Noi", this restaurant feels especially cozy because of the special attention that the customers get from the time you step inside until you wave goodbye while heading out after the wonderful meal.

The menu is varied so it will take a few trips back to try everything but you'll definitely end up with a favorite dish that's consistent in taste everytime you re-order it. My personal favorite is the dish called "cioppino", kinda like a light tomato based seafood soup that has a hint of spicyness. Good stuff.

Best Restaurant in Concord.. A fantastic, eclectic menu with offbeat decor to match. Finally, a big-city class restaurant in Concord. Hard to see from the street, but worth looking for.
