This is a relaxed and professional environment where trainers can work with clients to ensure they meet their goals. I started with a hesitant mind as I hadn't had success with trainers in the past. They interview, recommend a trainer and you make the final decision. There is a dietician, massage professionals and more. But never crowded or uncomfortable. Excellent. I'm still going strong
