Endgame: Great space, cool community, poor customer service.
Endgame has a large facility in an excellent location in downtown Oakland. They have plenty of room both for product as well as for open gaming. The gamer community there is friendly, smart, and passionate.
Unfortunately the staff and owners of Endgame frequently exhibit poor customer service. They are often grouchy or surly.
