Excellent Care. Excellent Service

Going to the dentist is difficult enough. The staff and personnel made my experience coming here enjoyable and well worth it. It helped that I hardly felt the numbing and was not as traumatized as I was before. Happy Customer :-)

Deceitful

I was lied to when I went to see Dr. Magno, I was told they took Delta Dental and charged in a way I would only be charged 10%, that was a lie. To make things worse they charged for services never done. I stopped going to her office after receiving my first check from Delta Dental showing I wasn't paying 10% but over 40%, also on my white fillings they said I would pay 40%, it was 49%.

I called them, sent them letters, and e-mails, explaining they owed me money and I didn't owe them money. They put not one but two negative marks on my credit report, because they said I owed them money. Which I didn't find out until over a year after the fact. I finally took her to court, though before the court date I offered to settle for just over $400.00 which was the over charge for services not rendered and a refund for prescription mouth wash I did not ask for. I get all prescriptions free. She has refused to pay me, and never even tried to appeal the courts decision. If she doesn't pay me, she is going to end up in jail. I have to wait until the next court date before she will be in contempt of court.

" When will she ever get it? Probably when police are called to her office." If she doesn't pay me the court ordered money she owes me she will be going to jail.

Report her to the Be Be Be dot org drop the e's they won't let me write the correct url. They only keep complaints for 3 years, so people must keep reporting Dr. Magno to get her score where it should be. Make sure you have a valid complaint.

Finding a great dentist

It's terribly difficult to find good doctors that you can build a relationship with, so I am fortunate to have found a caring, funny, super smart dentist. I've had nightmarish dental experiences at other offices in and around the surrounding area, even those others had recommended them to me because of one thing or another. Dr Magno has great staffs who are always smiling and they use plenty of modern gadgets and doo das to make the checkups more exciting & efficient.

But let's get serious here - I haven't wanted to go anywhere else since I started coming here. I cringe at the thought of it. I’m happy to say I’m done with upgrading my smile & got rid of those ugly silver fillings. This is the place for me. I know I’m well taken care of here.
